Each week on STV, What’s on Scotland connects viewers with the best of Scotland’s comedy, music and events scene. And programme sponsor ScotRail gets you there. At key moments throughout the year, I create social content for both the STV and ScotRail channels that’s designed to encourage viewers to get out there, and importantly, to go by train. Every piece of content has two requirements: public participation and that all featured events are pre-approved and aligned with each brand. naturally integrating the agreed events and destinations into the content. I also direct shoots and oversee the edit to shape the final films across social platforms.

Some of my favourite concepts have included passengers taking on professional comedians at Glasgow International Comedy Festival, an autocue challenge that gave commuters the chance to step into the role of a What’s on Scotland presenter, and festive Christmas cracker jokes that revealed seasonal events happening across the rail network.
